Her classes are aimed towards reconnecting fully with the breath and the present moment, creating balance for one's mind, body and spirit. Jennifer frequently participates in Continuing Education programs to enhance her yoga teaching. She has attended conferences including the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Conference at Kripalu and the Yoga Journal Conference as well as several intensives including one with Rodney Yee. She has attended meditation courses with John Welshons, Reginald Ray and Cyndi Lee. Additionally, she has enjoyed workshops with master teachers such as Gary Kraftsow, Todd Norian, Ann Greene and Judith Lasater.
