Developed by Helen Garabedian, an Infant Developmental Movement Educator and Yoga Teacher, this age-appropriate class enhances the parent/child bond, and helps our tots feel happier and more confident while honoring their explorative and physical nature. (See Tykes Class info below)

Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga® Class Description:

Ages: crawling –24 months with a parent or caregiver.

Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga® is a fun-loving, compassionate, supportive and active yoga practice filled with proven techniques to playfully teach tots yoga postures while they are sitting up, standing, walking, and jumping.

2008 Dates:

Fridays, March 7, 14, 21, April 4,11 and 18 from 9-9:45 am

Fridays, August 22, 29, September 5, 12 19 and 26 from 9-9:45 am.

Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga® Class Description:

Ages: almost 2 years old through age 4 with a parent or caregiver

Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga® offers a fascinating flow of poses, songs, stories, and games through which parent and child can deepen their bond. Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga® is good for building a child’s foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle, and it is so much fun!
