| Prenatal Yoga Come strengthen and relax your body, calm your mind and connect with your baby in a community environment with other expectant moms. Learn how to use gentle postures, stretching, breath work, toning, relaxation and meditation techniques to cultivate flexibility, calm and confidence during pregnancy. Through this yoga practice, you will discover your own body wisdom and develop a sense of well-being to guide you through the journey of pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. Prenatal yoga is beneficial at any time during your pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Classes are typically organized into 8 weeks sessions, though many students choose to do more than one session during their pregnancy. One Day Prenatal Partner Yoga Weekend 2008 Workshops
Designed to help pregnant couples learn supportive positions which can help the mother-to-be stretch and feel better, both during pregnancy and the actual labor. Couples will practice together postures, breath work, and massage. No previous yoga experience necessary. Please bring 2 pillows or cushions. University Medical Center at Princeton.
