Kids Yoga

Children will learn traditional yoga poses in a kid friendly, fun way that employ singing, playing, movement and games.  While developing a sense of confidence, self-empowerment, self esteem, strength, coordination and balance, yoga also teaches children to develop a connection to nature, the earth and world.  Poses related to animals, letters and everyday life activities for children will help children release energy and stress.  They will learn ways to practice relaxation and breathing techniques critical to children today.
